Seiryunka (Chaku-chaku & Cell Manufacturing)

Chaku-Chaku

Japanese term for single-piece manufacturing process, where a worker took a piece from one workstation to the next, and set up and operate each machine from the beginning to the end of the production cycle.
Chaku Chaku is an efficient mode of production in which all the machines needed to make part of which lies in the correct order so close together sama.operator only load the part and moves to the next operation. Each machine perform different stages of production, such as turning, drilling, cleaning, testing or sandblasting

Cellular Manufacturing, One Effective Ways to Lower the Cost of Production

Cellular Manufacturing (CM) is a model of designing and arranging your work area, where equipment, machines and workstations are arranged in order of efficient, so that the movement of people, inventory and material can take place smoothly from beginning to end of the flow of work processes (single process flow ). With such regularity, waste-sort waste transport, waiting time, or the delay could be minimized. CM is important in the composition of the recipe Lean Manufacturing.
